As Sukriti's family and friends, we are
tapping into all possible resources to ensure that she can undergo a
transplant. However, we are severely constrained by the prohibitive
amount that needs to be raised ($ 200,000). Unfortunately, since Sukriti
is not a US citizen, none of the fundraising organizations in the US
can help raise funds for her. This has compounded our problem mobilizing
the appropriate finances for her.
We make this appeal to all of you and specially to the Indian community
in the US to help save her life by donating generously to support her
transplant expenses.

Patients Aid Association" by credit card (secured
by Verisign certification). Donations made to CPAA are exempt from
Income Tax under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (50% exemption).
Your receipt and tax exemption certificate will be sent to you. A
CPAA representative will email you once the donation is made to confirm
the name of the patient (Sukriti
Pathak) your donation is directed for.
